Yes, a refundable security deposit is required when hiring equipment. The deposit amount depends on both the type of equipment and the length of the hire (number of days). The deposit will be used towards the total cost of the hire, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you at the end of the hire period, provided the equipment is returned in good condition
Yes, we offer guaranteed next-day delivery for orders placed before 04:00 PM, This service ensures that your order will be delivered to your specified address on the following business day. Please note that next-day delivery is available in select areas and may incur an additional charge depending on your location.
If you need to cancel your order or booking, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery or service date. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 5% cancellation fee based on the security deposit. The remaining deposit amount will be refunded to you. Please contact us as soon as possible to process your cancellation.
Our drivers are able to wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the scheduled delivery address. If you are not present within this time frame, the driver will proceed with their route, and an additional delivery fee will apply for rescheduling the delivery. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that you are available at the scheduled time.
It is not necessary for you to be present during the delivery or collection. However, you may designate another individual to receive or return the item on your behalf, provided they present a valid photo ID and sign the required documentation. Please note, all responsibilities associated with the order remain with the person who placed the booking.
